Chin Acne Remedy

• Countless varieties of cream and face washes – from Clearasil to clinique and more specialised ones available ( lets just say the most expensive was just as bad as the cheapest!) purse was left feeling as light as a feather…. I was also sick and tired of the Boots sales ladies conning me out of my money with promises me the skin like a goddess.

Acne On Chin Remedy

• Omega 3 oil, cod liver oil capsules, vitamin tablets and numerous others, did these work?…Umm No.

Chin Acne Cure

• Started up yoga exercise (OK it was worth a shot) the only thing what was cured was my stiff limbs! Again no impact upon my skin whatsoever

• Sudocrem (someone told me it was a spot healer!) hmm… maybe for someone who didn’t have pimple trouble…

Adult Acne Cure

• I turned to expensive makeup with skin treatments in, thinking maybe it was my average priced one… I kinda knew this one was a fail from the start, its like when your spot magically disappears….until make up removal time… (Sorry guys I know you can’t ware make up and that must be a right pain)

Chin Acne Treatment

• I tried eating an avocado every morning ( this was a tip in a mag. well it tasted good… but once again no clear up, I actually gained a spot or two! Eventually I stopped eating them when I found out they contained 27 g of fat! Eek!

My 25th birthday was looming on the calendar I thought to myself that I would be damned if I was going to let myself celebrate with a face full of pimples as well as massive cluster of acne on chin. (You know what it’s like having the pressure of a special occasion to look great) I felt so sick and frustrated with all the time and effort I had wasted battling with my adult acne.

Positives

* Fantastic results. My skin has totally cleared up. I started seeing an improvement by the next day.

* It is possible for your skin the clear up within 3 days but that does depend on how severe your spots are.

* It helped quite dramatically with my acne scaring, I was quite surprised – and believe me I needed it. All those winters I had with a face speckled with purple dots are now history!

* It helped with my acne redness.

* It involves only natural supplements so I felt safe and secure that I was not putting anything artificial and chemical ingredients into my body.

* I found it very simple and easy to follow. It sounds so cheesy but it really does take you by the had and guide you step by step.

* But of course the most positive and permanent result of this was that my acne on chin had gone and even my rather severe back acne- Yay!

* I got rid of my spots and chin acne surprisingly quick – although i admit it got slightly worse in the first week as I was detoxing my skin and all the toxins were coming out, but don’t let this put you off it’s a very positive sign because after that the skin totally heals and I was left spot free!!!!

Well Just in case you guys are wondering what on earth the scientific explanation acne on chin actually is, here is a short overview of just that.

Acne is a skin condition that occurs due to the overproduction of oil by the oil glands of the skin. The oil that normally lubricates the skin gets trapped in blocked oil ducts. This results in what we know as pimples, blackheads and whiteheads (or acne on chin for me and you) on the surface of the skin. Sometimes it also includes deep skin lesions that are called cysts. (Gosh they’re painful!)

Acne affects most teenagers to some extent. However, the infection is not restricted to any age group. As adults in their 20s or even into their 40s can get adult acne.

While not a life threatening condition, acne can be upsetting and disfiguring. When severe, acne can lead to serious and permanent acne scarring.  Even less severe cases can lead to scarring. (Yikes, but don’t worry. In my experience it can go, or at least significantly fade).
