Myth: Washing Your Face Will Cure Your Chin Acne?

Fact: Well of course washing you face more is a good idea. Keeping your skin clean and washing your face regularly is important it helps remove dead skin cells, excess oil, and dirt from your skin’s surface. This is important as dirt can be block your pores and cause spots. I find exfoliating it an excellent way to get rid of the stubborn dead skin cells and leaves your skin feel soft and refreshes.

However….. over washing or scrubbing your skin too hard can dry out and irritate your skin, which only makes acne worse. So be GENTLE. Washing your face twice a day, morning and evening is enough. And you only need to exfoliate about twice a week. But remember if you ware make up like foundation or concealer then be sure to make sure you wash it all off before bed, no matter how late a night you have had! :)

Well if you can’t cope with this concept and you don’t have any make up like foundation or concealer to cover up you chin acne then here are my vital tips for squeezing…..

Step One – make sure you wash your hands thoroughly before you go popping. the dirt in your nails will get trapped in the pores otherwise and only make your acne worse.

Step Three – Cover your finger in tissue before you go in for that pop. i know i have already instructed you to wash your fingers and nails but you can never be too careful.

Step Four - After Squeezing was your face again with some mild face wash and dab with a CLEAN tissue.

Vital Popping Tip – Only pop a pimple if it is juicy. Do NOT squeeze a spot if there is not a clear white head. Other wise it will scare and hurt a lot
